Painting thoughts

During my last session at Brooks Institute I did some experimentation with tracing some prints and painting them. Due to lack of time I never quite finished all the painting. Thanks to photoshop, I was able to paint in the lines and get an idea of what it might look like. What do you think?

remembering some good times

Wind power

love in the land

I forgot what I might be looking for.

I waited in silence

listening to the whispers of wind

It told me of the cold

I was frightened that it might bring misery

loneliness

But instead,

The cold wind rattled my insides

stung my skin

with promises of brighter colors

secrets and charm

never again will I doubt the friendship of sunsets

and the intimate kisses of sunrise
